Hi - I was offered a download of Norton Utilities as part of my 360 subscription.
After installation it asks for an activation key which is supposed to be the same as the 25 character procuct key found under my subscriptions.
However, the fields for entry of the activation code require what looks like 28 characters, so I can't activate or use it.
Anybody know what's up here?

Please follow the below steps and let me know if this issue has been resolved for you.
- Sign in to Norton.
- In the My Subscription page scroll down, under Norton Utilities Premium, you can find the product key.
Write down or copy the product key. - Start Norton Utilities Premium.
- Click Activate Now.
- Enter the Norton Utilities Premium product key and click Activate now.
